Pumpkin Patch!

We're so happy to have our own li'l pumpkin this year!

Monster pumpkin!

Cutest scarecrow ever!

Lots of pictures!

Papi thought we looked so cute together that he took a picture of us in the middle of Safeway!

Beauty's sad face....she knows how to work it!

Well, Camila is Latina!

Camila is starting to love toys!

3 1/2 months! Notice Camila's belly button is back to normal! Weird, but I miss her pokey out button!

Look at her eyeing-up that sushi!

Who ever thought Hans would put a flower in his hair!? Fatherhood has made him even goofier!

Our local farm friends....check out them horns!

Watching a football game. Go Jensen Mayberry!

September Smorgasbord

Camila looks like a "done" turkey! Wow, that is one serious belly button!

Precious pumpkin!

Hans can always get Camila to smile.

"C'mon, smile for mama"

Playing in Fairhaven...soaking up some sunshine!

Camila's first Lynde 500! It rained like cats and dogs the entire time, but we still had fun!

Piglets + Weird Al + Junk Food = The Lynden Fair!

Our little town hosts the Northwest Washington fair every summer and this year was
no exception! We had some sweet hook-ups this year because I worked in the 4H barn. We had a family pass, a coveted parking space and tickets to see two
concerts: Weird Al and Rick Springfield. I'm slightly ashamed
to say Weird Al was fun and enjoyable (my brothers must be so proud);
much more exciting than Jessie's Girl!
The piglet was squealing and wiggling so much that I nearly dropped it!

Unfortunately, mommy was so busy she forgot to take any pictures of herself with Camila, but she did take many pictures of her alone. Shoot man! (But I did get a photo with a pig....where are my priorities!)

Daddy loved carrying Camila in this get-up....too bad you can't see her!

Hans always buys a giant turkey leg at the fair.

This is a shout-out to Abuela Rosa because she beat breast cancer.
We love you Abuelita!

Camila looked like this a lot before we started her new miracle milk!

If you ask us, Camila will always take "Best in Show"!

These are a few of my favorite things....by Camila

Napping....just like my mamma!
Hangin' with my dad. He's my biggest fan and protector! Don't tell my mom, but I like to watch Cops with him on TV!
Smiling! It increases my face value!

Walking on the beach...even in the rain!

My mom! I'm the Princess, but she's the Queen. She's training me for my future reign!
Swinging...I sleep in it nearly all night long.

My herniated belly button--love your flaws, right girls!?
Food! I can really relate to my Uncle Jared....food is my life!

"Swimming"!

Now, a few of my least favorite things....

Getting my bum changed!

Endless spitting up....check-out the puddle I made on the couch!

Posing for all those photos for my mom and dad!

Proud to be an American (and Peruvian)!

We were blessed to attend the naturalization ceremony of our friend Chani. It reminded us of Hans' ceremony held last year. It truly was amazing to witness the melting pot of races, cultures and religions becoming American citizens.

Hans and I always say we are both American and Peruvian, so Camila is too, right? We'll have to find a Peruvian flag for her, but for now she's the cutest American I've ever seen!

Congratulations Chani!
